Liberate is a guided somatic movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body through intentional breathwork, intuitive movement, and ritual. In this safe virtual space, you’ll gently explore what your body is holding, invite emotional release, and access deeper clarity and self-trust.

This experience blends breath, music, and movement in a way that honors your energy, your story, and your liberation.

🕯️ What to Expect:

  • Grounding meditation + breathwork

  • Gentle somatic warm-up

  • Guided intuitive movement prompts

  • Free movement flow to music

  • Closing ritual for integration

No experience needed. All bodies, genders, and emotions are welcome.

Duration: 60 minutes
(Optional: stay for a 10–15 minute post-class journaling moment and quiet reflection.)

  • A quiet space to move

  • Yoga mat or towel

  • Water

  • Journal + pen

  • Optional: candle, crystal, or grounding object
