Phoenix Soulife is not just a brand. It is an outward manifestation of my personal journey as a Phoenix—hence the name Phoenix Soulchild. The pain, lessons, joy, triumph and ways I have had to die to self or leave behind mindsets and start anew have taught me lessons that make my life rich. I want to share those lessons with you and the tools that got me thru when I was holding space for others while stitching my own wounds and soul together. Dance is my prayer & meditation. I move to grieve, to remember, to call myself home, to connect with The Divine. I am built to challenge what’s broken, teach what’s true, and create new systems rooted in values, not just strategy.
My mind works like a constellation. Intuitive, multi-dimensional, and lit up by connection and creative flow. Aquarius Sun. Gemini Moon. Capricorn Rising. Rebel. Reflector. Rooted seer. My chart is an ecosystem and is often my guide.
I believe healing is slow and sacred. No quick fixes. No one-size-fits-all. Just presence, depth, and aligned embodied transformation. My business is built on devotion. Every offer, system, and session is created from love — not strategy alone.
I’m obsessed with tea, playlists, plants, and good questions. I believe joy is a forms of resilience and I find ways to play & keep simple pleasures and curiosity close.

Yes. I love facilitating groups and can be booked for workshops, groups, parties, or events. Current options include somatic dance, astrology, or intuitive readings. For more info send an email or book a discovery call.

I provide virtual and in person somatic dance events/workshops. Astrology readings are usually conducted online and recorded so that you can review later—however in person sessions may be available upon request. Intuitive readings are recorded as audio and sent via email, but can also be conducted in real time or in person upon request and additional fee.
